The station was visited by Duncan Stewart, environmentalist and TV presenter, earlier today.  Duncan was in the area to visit Logboy NS, which is the first school in Ireland to have a bio gas system, and also to examine some other local solar energy installations.

While he was here, Duncan popped in to studio one for an interview with Michael Gleeson.  Duncan  talked in great detail about solar energy, power and other renewable energies. He also spoke in length about the lack of investment by government and local politicians in creating employment and infrastructure for renewable power.
