Unfortunately, due to a clash with another major quiz in the town on Friday night, the Interpubs quiz has been postponed once again.

Claremorris interpub quiz
Your favourite pub needs you!
The first ever Claremorris Inter-pubs Radio quiz will take place on Thursday Nov. 10th.
Each of the town’s pubs will tune in to CCR on that night, with the questions being called out over the air, starting at 9pm.
Everyone who is in the pub on that night can contribute to their local’s score. There’s no limit on the number who can compete so – the more the merrier!
UPDATE: As a mark of respect to the late Martin Casey, who often contributed to our productions, the Inter-pubs quiz has been postponed. It will now take place on Friday, November 25th.
UPDATE 2: Alas, another major quiz was scheduled for November 25th. Our event will now take place in early 2017.
New quiz show: Play by Ear
This Thursday night will see the first episode broadcast in a new, home-made quiz show, Play by Ear.
Play by Ear is the follow up to the award-winning general knowledge quiz show, After the Fact, which ran on CCR from 2011 to 2014.
However, in Play by Ear the contestants will be challenged on their knowledge of all things musical. Over the series, host John Nolan will test eight teams of two players with the top two teams taking part in a grand final in early May.
Play by Ear will be broadcast on Thursday evenings at 8pm and repeated on Saturdays at the same time.
