Hollymount Vintage Rally 2018

This Sunday, July 1st, the 26th Hollymount Vintage Rally will take place at the grounds of The Country Club in Hollybrook. As has now become traditional, Claremorris Community Radio will be reporting live from the event. We will be broadcasting live from Hollybrook from 12-3pm on Sunday.

The Hollymount Vintage Rally features vintage cars, tractors, stationary engines, horse drawn implements, crafts and static exhibits as well as a pet farm and food stalls. There will also be an area featuring free children’s amusements. For further information on the rally, please visit

Barnacarroll Foróige TY Group

The Barnacarroll Foróige TY Group will present you with an hour of their achievements over the past year. This special show will be broadcast on Claremorris Community Radio on Sat June 30th, at 5pm, and repeated on Tuesday July 3rd, at 11am.

Under the leadership of dedicated Foróige leaders Pauline, Amanda, Breda and Mary, this group of seven hardworking young people share their journey of taking on challenging projects including raising funds and supplies for the Simon Community and mapping the location of defibrillators in the area. Their dedication through research and intense work this group of TY students will benefit our Community and others for years to come. See the Map at Clare Lake and other centres in Claremorris.
