Have you ever heard of the Memory Dance Club? It’s a weekly event in Cúram Claremorris for people with dementia and their friends and carers.

It’s supported by the Claremorris & District Lions Club, and this Friday they’re having a fundraiser in the Dalton Inn.

Ed Coulson sat down with Frances Moloney of Western Alzheimers, who organises the Club, and with Andy Bibby of Claremorris Lions, to find out more about what’s happening this Friday, and why the Memory Dance Club is such a special and valuable support.

Friday’s quiz starts at 8 pm sharp in the Dalton Inn. Teams of four can join in for €40, with all proceeds going to the Dance Memory Club.
