Cathal Faughnan is from Ballina, and is songwriter with the band Schoolyard Champions.

He came into Claremorris Community Radio and joined presenter Sandra Donnellan for a chat – and to launch the band’s Christmas single, ‘Christmas Isn’t Christmas Without You’, which also features Knockmore singer Niamh Langan.
