Thursday was the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings during World War II.
To mark this, on Saturday at 11am, Claremorris Community Radio will broadcast a live one-hour special, looking back at D-Day from Irish perspective.
Matt Macken and Bridie Sheeran will host the programme, along with Matt Masterson and Micheál McLoughlin.
The show will also feature an interview with Paddy Connolly, a 99-year-old resident of Dunmore who was resident in England during World War II.
The programme will also be repeated on Tuesday next, June 11th, at 5pm.
