First Media Expression class graduate

On Wednesday night, the first group of students who took part in our FETAC/QQI Level 3 course in Media Expression received their graduation certificates.

This first course took place from December 2013 to March 2014 with students attending for one day per week.  Five people completed the course and now receive an accredited QQI Level 3 qualification in all aspects of media, including radio production and communicating through social media.

The certificates were presented by Dolores Keaveney, the chairperson of Claremorris Community Radio, who congratulated the graduates on their completing of the course and wished them well in their future endeavours, both in media and otherwise.

The station congratulates the graduating students: Róisín Bohan, Linda Conway, Michael Gleeson, Niamh Morley and Daniel Somerville.

Since this group completed the course, another class have also taken it and will graduate later in the Autumn. The station is currently accepting applications for its third holding of the FETAC/QQI level 3 course, which is scheduled to begin in October.  Call 094 9373737 for more information.
